ADD-ONS


  • Additional bartender (1 bartender per 100 guests)--$50/hour x 4 hours of service
  • Each 100 guests after original 100--$300
  • For example:
  • 1-100 guests--included in package
  • 101-200 guests--additional $300
  • 201-300 guests--additional $600
  • 301-400 guests--additional $900
  • Hourly extension--$250/hour (2 hours max)--paid up front
  • Server/busser for drinks only--$40/hour x 4 hours of service
  • Additional signature drink--$200
  • Upgraded toss ware--market price
  • Additional portable bar--$300
  • If there is no electrical outlet available, generator use--$100
  • Use of horse trailer for photo opportunities--$500 for 2 hours.  $100/hour after that
  • Plus $2/mile for travel


ODDS AND ENDS


  • Payment
  • 40% deposit--non refundable
  • Remainder to be paid 30 days prior to event date--non-refundable
  • Dates are transferable.
  • GRATUITY and TAX are NOT included in package pricing.
  • 50 mile radius of Cypress, TX (unless otherwise agreed upon)
  • $2/mile outside of the radius
  • Free consultation which includes an alcohol calculator to assure the client purchases the correct amount.
  • Alcohol pick-up included
  • Must be ordered and paid for by the client at a Cypress liquor store.
  • Pick-up needs to be ready 48 hours prior to event date.
  • All unused alcohol will be returned to the client after the party.
  • 1 bartender per 100 guests
  • Electrical outlet access needed
  • Use of generator--$100
